DLyte automates the polishing of metal dental parts, while improving quality and reducing costs

DLyte simplifies the polishing workflow of dental laboratories. From cost-effective table-top options for low-volume production to high-capacity machines to increase productivity and output, DLyte offers suitable solutions for every laboratory.
Our dry electropolishing machines and electrolyte use the patented DryLyte Technology. The processes are suitable for different applications and polishing requirements and are compatible with all cobalt-chrome and titanium alloys.
With over 650 machines installed in dental laboratories in over 40 countries, DLyte is the ultimate choice for achieving precise and superior polishing results.

The final solution for dental

DLyte Dental provides a surface finishing solution to the most common dental metal alloys. The dental applications for DLyte range from grinding to high gloss polishing of fixed, removable and implant prosthetics. DLyte allows polishing of casting, sintered and milling parts.

Better results than manual polishing in one step

The polishing action based on the innovative dry electropolishing reaches every corner of the piece, so it can process inner cavities which cannot be accessed mechanically. DLyte allows automated polishing of Cobalt Chrome and Titanium parts replacing 3 electrolytic bath, hand polishing and the final brightness manual touch.

Time saving

Simplifying complex multi-step polishing processes into a single step. Reduce drastically long and tedious manual polishing processes by up to 70%:
+ Automated 3-step in 1
+ No final buffing required
+ Process several parts simultaneously
+ Reduce lead time

Controlled production

Achieve reliable, consistent, and reproducible results for different production quantities, materials and applications by:
+ Having traceable and predictable results
+ Increasing production capacity
+ Flexible and versatile production
Our equipment is adaptable to different preparation techniques and the initial surface state of the piece, which enables technicians to use a range of different polishing processes to meet their specific requirements.

Fixturing

Our fixturing solutions are specifically designed for quick and easy clamping of parts, ensuring a secure hold and avoiding damage. It ensures an optimal flow of media and electricity, providing consistent and homogeneous results across the entire surface. Suitable to clamp all different fixed, implant, and removable prostheses.

Easy waste management and sustainable

The DLyte system does not require any specific waste management. The disposal of the dry electrolyte is handled by standard services. Since it is solid waste, its handling reduces the probability of discharge in drains and waterways.

Improvement of the working environment

The DLyte process does not require any rubber tip, electrolytic bathing or brushing, but just a simply abrasive preparation beforehand. By reducing the traditional multi-step process, DLyte improves working conditions, and drastically reduces the toxicity of the current polishing processes which generate dust and noise.
