The new Dry Suspension electrolyte for titanium alloy dental pieces delivers high-gloss finishing, geometry preservation, excellent uniformity and repeatability, with an unbeaten cost per piece.
In this new solution, a non-electrically conductive liquid acts as a media carrier and protects the surface from the oxygen present in the air during the process, achieving greater resolution and penetration in narrow areas.
Mixture of solid particles and liquid for immersion systems for complex geometries to obtain the shiniest results. The liquid minimizes undesired oxidation, and reduces the contact surface.

Simple Electrolyte Handling and Storage
The use of a solid electrolyte guarantees an easy, quick, and safe electrolyte media loading and unloading. This process with our 3L electrolyte container can be completed in less than a minute. When the machine is not being used, the electrolyte should be taken out and stored to preserve optimum performance. The simple loading and unloading process makes it easy to keep your machine operating at peak performance.
DLyte Desktop is a totally connected machine. It comes with Ethernet and USB ports, and it connects to the new client’s portal in the cloud “DLyte HUB”.
