GPAINNOVA,one of the leading technology business group specializing in surface finishing solutions for metal parts, is about to launch two new versions DLyte PRO500, its most advanced equipment for mass production. Both will be unveiled at MECSPE 2023, a major international exhibition on mechanics, to be held at Bologna Fiere (Italy), from March 29th to 31st. Equipment will be available at booth E72, hall 36.
Those new versions of DLyte PRO500 significantly increase the maximum part size, while reducing investment costs. The equipment is meant for businesses producing high-quality metal parts in medical, food, pharma, fashion, cutting-tools, aeronautics, and industrial parts sectors.
DLyte PRO500 – 8-spindle version (maximum size diameter: 210 mm)
DLyte PRO500 offers two additional solutions to the current 8-spindle version, with an extra flexibility thanks to the 4 and 2-spindle variants. These new additions provide remarkable improvements to treatment capacity and cost-efficiency. The 4-spindle version increases the maximum part size by 50 percent, allowing for parts up to 310 mm in diameter. The 2-spindle version takes it a step further, increasing the maximum part size by over 70 percent, accommodating parts up to 360mm in diameter.

DLyte PRO500 is based on the patented DryLyte Technology, an electrochemical finishing process that uses active solid particles. It is protected by patents owned by DryLyte, S.L. GPAINNOVA owns the exclusive right to sell the DryLyte Technology, and only companies authorized by GPAINNOVA have the right to utilize or distribute the equipment and consumables using the DryLyte Technology.
